RETURN POLICY
Artpresso Design is committed to making sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the event you are unsatisfied, we want to help make it right. If you are seeking to return or exchange a product, please review the below to begin your return or exchange process.
Return Requirements:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product order.
- Products must be in new/unused, sellable condition and in original packaging to receive a full refund.
Return Process:
To initiate a product return, email us at contact@artprerssodesign.com with your product return request. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the original purchase price or free of charge based on the reason for product return. All product returns will be resent back to the original shipping address.
Once processed, refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days for your bank to show in your account.
We reserve the right to a 20% restocking fee depending on the item returned.
