Our shipping options at checkout are live rates from the different carriers below. Shipping cost vary depending on your location and the products you are purchasing.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Customization product orders may take a few extra days longer. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Artpresso Design is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

RETURN POLICY
To initiate a product return, email us at contact@artprerssodesign.com with your product return request. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the original purchase price or free of charge based on the reason for product return. All product returns will be resent back to the original shipping address.
Once processed, refunds can take up to 7 to 10 business days for your bank to show in your account.
We reserve the right to a 20% restocking fee depending on the item returned. Please visit our return policy for more information
30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unused condition and with original packaging. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
